FREE Yoga class for mixed levels

Yoga is an excellent way to exercise both the body and mind. Yoga helps us feel good about ourselves. It helps improve fitness by toning and strengthening our bodies and encourages us to operate more efficiently. Yoga helps us focus, slow down and feel more positive about our everyday lives. The more we practice yoga the more we feel an overall sense of wellbeing.

Josie is an experienced yoga teacher and her classes are largely influenced by the teachings of Anusara Yoga and operate around a theme each week, such as back bends to energise or forward bends and hip openers to release and let go. The aim is to create strength and fluidity in the postures with an emphasis on alignment. Breathing exercises are also taught to help encourage relaxation.

Beginners as well as more advanced students are welcome in the class. Mats are provided, just wear comfortable clothes:)
