About Mindful Pathway:

The philosophy behind Mindful Pathway is to help you create your own way to a happier and more balanced life. Mindfulness is as much about your own practice as it is the learning in the sessions. We will enable you to integrate the practices into your life so that you can establish what works for you.

Mindfulness is an exciting and fruitful journey to embark on, it is one you can continue for the rest of your life and build on each day. We don’t promise a quick fix but we do promise great teachers to help guide and work with you on your path. Each person will find different meditations and practices useful and will move at their own pace. We endeavour to build a community and provide a supportive environment so each person can flourish.
